Yes, we do offer virtual therapy. Virtual therapy can have many benefits:

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED TO BOOK?
Typically, we suggest booking 4 sessions that are one week to 10 days apart to begin with. The number of sessions afterward varies depending on the client's needs and goals for therapy. The booking system allows for bookings for each quarter, so if you like to book in advance, got for it! In saying this, booking will depend on your goals and areas you would like to address.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Life happens and we have work, family or other obligations pop up. However, the booking we made is held just for you. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% session charge. No shows will incur a full session charge.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL TO EXTENDED HEALTH INSURANCE?
At this time, we do not direct bill to extended health insurance companies. An invoice will be emailed to you after payment has been processed that you can send to your health insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance to check your mental health care coverage. * Please note direct billing will be available March 2026

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Payment for services is due the same day as your session. All credit cards accepted or email transfers.

DO YOU DO CRISIS COUNSELLING?
We support clients going through challenging times, from divorce, death of a loved one or job loss. However, I cannot support active suicide or immediate life distress. In emergency, please contact the distress centre 403-266-HELP (4357), your local crisis line, or call 911.
